Remove the overflow hidden/auto css rules from the demo pages.

I have used the DHTML menu (IE Menu Structure) with some success, however, if the content below the menu needs to be scrolled, there are no scroll bars.
I remeber from a previous version that used the ID=outerDiv CSS to do this. Is there anything for 422?
