You sometimes needs to create a BiComponent to act as container, espescially when working with the split pane. It is better to use BiComponent than BiLabel if you do not plan to use any text or icon.
Unless I am blind! I do not see a bindows forum here...
I figure how am creating the layout is correct? I mean creating all the extra labels to use them as containers is good?

Hmmm... Maybe the Bindows forum would have been a better place to post this.
However, I'll try to answe you anyway :-)
A general guideline is to
1: Create all components
2: Add them
3: Resize them
This usuall works best and the resize/layout bug is usually prevented. Another way is to call layoutAllChildren() afterwards on the component that failed to correctly lay out the components the first time.
