Subject: WebFXTree: calling methods on arbitrary nodes... From: Rick Ross Date: February 18, 2004
I have two frames, a tree and a view. Sometimes, in the view, I want to tell the tree to expand or collapse (or add/remove) at any node in the tree.

I tried getElementById('mynodeid').select() from the view frame, but that returns an html div element, not a node.

I'm sure I'm just missing something here. It must be possible.

Rick.
