I'm designing an admin app for a client of mine, and I was wondering if I could make the frameset dynamic, so that I can show/hide the toolbar panel.
First, go to http://www.extasy.com.ar/apps/Manager . Just pick a user and user the pass "admin". Now, you'll notice some stats in the home page, and a toolbar panel on the left (Herramientas). What I'd like to do, is add a "< Hide toolbar" link so that when clicked on, the frame would be resized an only show a ">" link, in order to be able to view the toolbar back.
I used frames for a logicall reason, I know frames are evil, but in thiscase where necesary.
The frameset code I have is this:
<frameset rows="35,*" cols="*" framespacing="0" frameborder="no" border="0">
The frame I'd like to show/hide is "MarcoNav".
While I'm at it, click on "Administrador de Pedidos" and the "Listar Pedidos". You'll see a new page, showing some orders from the online store. You'll notice that in IE, there's an horizontal scrollbar, wich I'd like to get rid off. I've isolated the problem and discovered that the scrollbar appears only when making a loop trough a recordset and only with IE (Firebird does not shoe the horizontal scrollbar)
Thanks in advance ; )
