DHTML Menu4 DropDown Menu is a textarea with buttons in it.

This happens in IE. It does not even work in mozilla.

Can anyone explain this?

Any tips are appreciated.

Code follows:

<html>

<head>
    <link type="text/css" rel="StyleSheet" href="menu4/skins/winxp.css">

    <script type="text/javascript" src="menu4/js/poslib.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="menu4/js/scrollbutton.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="menu4/js/menu4.js"></script>

</head>

<script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript">

 var helpMenu = new Menu();
    var hm1 = new MenuItem("WebFX", "http://webfx.eae.net", "http://webfx.eae.net/images/favicon.gif");
    var hm2 = new MenuItem("WebFX", "http://webfx.eae.net", "http://webfx.eae.net/images/favicon.gif");
 helpMenu.add(hm1);
 helpMenu.add(new MenuSeparator());
 helpMenu.add(hm2);

 var yahooMenu = new Menu();
    var ym1 = new MenuItem("Go to Yahoo", "http://www.yahoo.com", "http://webfx.eae.net/images/favicon.gif");
    var ym2 = new MenuItem("Go to Yahoo", "http://www.yahoo.com", "http://webfx.eae.net/images/favicon.gif");
 yahooMenu.add(ym1);
 yahooMenu.add(new MenuSeparator());
 yahooMenu.add(ym2);

 var googleMenu = new Menu();
    var gm1 = new MenuItem("Go to Google", "http://www.yahoo.com", "http://webfx.eae.net/images/favicon.gif");
    var gm2 = new MenuItem("Go to Google", "http://www.yahoo.com", "http://webfx.eae.net/images/favicon.gif");
 googleMenu.add(gm1);
 googleMenu.add(new MenuSeparator());
 googleMenu.add(gm2);

 // Define Menu Bar
 var mb = new MenuBar();
 mb.add(new MenuButton("Yahoo", yahooMenu));
 mb.add(new MenuButton("Google", googleMenu));
 mb.add(new MenuButton("Help", helpMenu));

</script>

<body>

<script type="text/javascript">
    mb.write();
</script>

</body>
</html>
